Delivery and Return Policies

Payments:

We currently accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and debit cards which are processed through a third party.

Pick-ups:

Often merchandise that is picked-up will require assembly. Please be sure that the size of your vehicle will accommodate the size of the furniture to be picked up. We will help load the items, but we are not responsible for securing the merchandise or the safe transportation of furniture to your home. Any damage that occurs during transit is not covered under warranty nor can we accept returns on merchandise.

Refunds Prior To Delivery:

Refunds are available for purchase only if the order is cancelled within 48 hours after the purchase date. A copy of the bill of sale is needed. Refunds will be credited back to the card on which it was purchased. The credit may take up to 10 days to process and for it to appear on your card. Cancellations after 48 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Comfort Exchange

100 Night Tryout:

Some people adjust to a new mattress faster than others. We want to be sure you have time to get your best night’s sleep, every night. So we give you 100 nights to try sleeping on your new mattress to get used to the amazing comfort and support it offers. If you are not satisfied with your mattress after the first 30 nights of the trial period, you may exchange your clean and undamaged mattress for another of equal or greater value. 

The fine print:

In some cases, your mattress may have an odor as a result of the memory foam manufacturing process. This is normal and the odor should dissipate quickly, so please allow some time for your mattress to air out.  If the new mattress set is of greater value, the customer will pay the difference in price between the two mattress sets. There are “no refunds” for mattress sets that are less than the value of what was purchased. There is only one exchange allowed per household/customer and there is a $99 fee for shipping, handling and removal of the original mattress purchased. If your mattress is soiled, scuffed, stained, torn, has an unpleasant odor, or missing the law tag, the comfort exchange will be denied. No exchanges will be offered on floor models, previous purchases, clearance items, accessories or adjustable bases. Original delivery fees are non refundable.  

Manufacturer Warranty:

Products are backed by a manufacturer’s factory warranty for any manufacturing defects. Any manufacturer's warranty claims are subject to a $50 inspection fee and a $99 transportation which is applied when the claim is approved. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover either the inspection or transportation fee. A copy of the original bill of sale is needed to determine the original date of purchase. For mattress warranties; the trade and law labels must be attached to identify the product and validate the warranty.Each mattress requires a firm solid surface  foundation, slat roll (with 3” gaps) or adjustable base that is structurally capable of supporting it. Placing plywood or particle board over an existing foundation is not recommended and will not provide the support your mattress requires. Additionally, use a sturdy, high quality metal bed frame with a strong center support leg(s) for  queen and king mattress sets. If you do not use a new foundation, slats or adjustable base, you may be required to provide proof of the quality of your foundation when making a warranty claim. There is no guarantee for fabrics against wear, fading, color fastness or any damage caused by the cleaning processes. Warranties do not apply in the following cases:  if the item is sold “as is” or as a floor model; used for commercial purposes; repaired; subjected to abuse, negligence, or improper care/maintenance (such as stains, soilage, burns, tears or rips). Please, refer to the individual manufacturer’s product warranty card for complete detailed warranty provisions and exclusions. No additional warranties beyond that of the manufacturer are available.

Warranty Replacements:

Any merchandise authorized for replacement or repair under the manufacturer’s warranty is subject to a delivery fee.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic curbside delivery is available on most mattress purchases and starts at $50 per item. In-stock mattress sets will be shipped out of our warehouse and special orders will ship direct from the factory within 2-3 business days.

Local Delivery-Curbside and White Glove:

All stocked items are available for immediate local delivery and special orders will be available for delivery within 3-6 business days.Local mattress delivery with set up (that is  arranged from our outlet located in Hampstead, NC) starts at $99.00. The exact delivery charge from our mattress outlet is based on the items purchased and the final destination(within 25 miles of our showroom).Mattress set removal is available for a $50 fee providing that the mattress is in sanitary condition and pest free.  When scheduling the delivery, we will give you a 4-hour window along with the specific day and date of delivery. We can not give out time stop appointments. Be sure that someone aged 18 or older is at the premises to accept delivery. On the day of the delivery, our drivers will call before they reach your home. If they are not able to contact anyone by phone, the delivery will have to be rescheduled and an unsuccessful delivery attempt fee will be charged. The area where the items are to be placed must be cleared as well as the path from the entrance of your home to the room where the new furniture will be placed. Because of liability issues, the delivery service can not move any furniture, electronics, TV’s or computers that are already in the room. They are only responsible for inside placement of the purchased merchandise. In addition, if light assembly is part of the delivery, it does NOT include the assembly of bunk and loft beds (unless agreed to prior to delivery) or any items that require wall hanging, anchors, electrical, plumbing or component hookups.

Inside delivery includes, stairs up to the first floor, totaling ten steps or less. Extra flights of stairs without elevator access, or items that will not fit inside a residential elevator will be charged an additional $25.00 per flight, per delivery. Additionally, there will be a long carry fee of $40 charged if the distance is greater than 60 yards from door to vehicle. 

A detailed description of the delivery site is necessary upon setting up the delivery appointment. This will ensure proper and efficient delivery of the merchandise. WE DO NOT hoist furniture. Any extreme delivery situations will be subject to an additional charge per occurrence. These charges are to be paid prior to delivery. Please measure your entrance ways, stairways, and doorways to be sure your new furniture will fit. If the merchandise does not fit into the room/doorway and needs to be returned, the customer is responsible for the delivery charge both ways and a 25% restocking fee.

Visible merchandise damage must be noted on the delivery invoice at the time of delivery. To ensure customer satisfaction, we will first repair the item, if possible, to industry standards. If the damage is beyond repair, we will replace the item based on availability. If you choose to return the repaired merchandise, you will be responsible for the delivery charges both ways and a 25% restocking fee. 

Rescheduling of a delivery appointment can be made up until 5pm the day before the scheduled delivery date. Please call 910-442-5413 to reschedule your delivery appointment.

An order may be delivered at different times if the items are from different manufacturers or if the items become available to deliver at staggered times.

Old furniture can not be moved or removed by our delivery crew.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt:

After the customer arranges a delivery date and time frame, if no one is available to accept the order, a fee will be charged. Each unsuccessful attempt for delivery or pick up will be subject to a $50.00 charge per shipment, per attempt.

Warehouse & Storage:

Any merchandise that has been awaiting delivery for an extended period of time (over 30 days)will be subject to storage fees.

Furthermore, any time that the “email this item to a friend” function is used, that address will also be added to our newsletter database. We may also maintain a record of your product purchases.

To provide information or not is completely your own choice. But if you choose not to provide the information we request, you may be unable to purchase products or access offers and content on our web site. In addition, we may need to contact you via phone, email or mail to address questions or issues specific to your order, entry, etc...even if you have opted to not receive communications from us.

We use the information you provide about yourself when only placing an order and only to complete that order. We do not share, sell or distribute any information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We acknowledge that the privacy of children is very important, therefore we never collect or maintain information on our web site from those we actually know are under the age of 13. No part of our web site is developed to attract anyone under the age of 13.

Editing and Deleting Information:

If you would like to hear from us, please fill out the newsletter sign up. You will receive a coupon codes for discounts along with other information pertaining to either the retail showroom or web site. If you prefer not to receive our newsletter, please click on the unsubscribe link and follow the directions. Please note that any requests to remove or update your personal information may take up to ten days for your email request.
